1. Today's appetizer

An elegant small dish carefully selected by the chef, the contents of which change depending on the day.

2. Freshly picked vegetables with homemade dressing and salt salad

A fresh salad made with plenty of seasonal vegetables.

3. Today's fresh fish sashimi

The freshest fish of the day, with firm and chewy flesh

4. Tori Kappo's rolled egg

A gentle roll with a light dashi flavor

5. Hakata specialty: Boiled dumplings

A new popular specialty: soup with rich dashi and soft, chewy dumplings

6. Charbroiled chicken or chicken sukiyaki

Shingen chicken, with its aromatic charcoal aroma and delicious flavor, is a great dish to go with alcohol OR Mizutaki, made with our special soup made from carefully simmered chicken bones

*If not specified at the time of booking, "Chicken Mizutaki" will be served.

7. Garlic fried rice, rice porridge, or champon noodles for the final course
